Cancellation Policy

Pricing & Charges Initial Appointment Fee: £120 (Ex. VAT), covering travel and first hour of labour. Hourly Rate: £95/hour (excl. VAT) after the first hour, billed in 15-minute increments. VAT added at prevailing rate. All time is tracked and disclosed; overruns notified before proceeding. Access & Site Requirements Our quote assumes uninterrupted access to the work area on arrival and throughout the job. Clients must clear obstructions and provide electricity, water, and welfare facilities. If access is denied (e.g., locked premises, no one present), the £120 fee applies; no refund or rescheduling. Working Hours & Appointments Service hours: Mon-Fri, 08:30–17:00, with AM (08:30–12:30) and PM (13:00–17:00) slots. Arrival may occur anytime within the slot; slight timing flexibility may be needed. Site Condition & Cleanliness We aim to leave your property tidy. If flooring is lifted, we will re-lay to the best of our ability; professional repairs (carpet fitting, decorating) are not included. Damage to finishes post-work is the client’s responsibility. Cancellations, No Access & Restocking Cancellations within 48 hours incur full charges. No access at scheduled time incurs the full appointment fee. Restocking fees may apply for special-order items. Refunds & Deductions Refunds issued per policy; up to 10% deduction may apply for transaction, admin, and scheduling costs. Refunds processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cooling-Off Period For online or phone bookings, a 14-day cooling-off applies unless service starts within that time. If service begins early, cancellation rights are waived; partial charges may apply. Additional Works & Charges Extra work outside the original quote requires approval and will be billed separately. Parking, congestion, and toll charges added where applicable. Engineer Waiting Time Engineers wait 15 minutes for access; thereafter, no-access charges apply. Warranty & Ownership Supplied parts have a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Materials remain our property until full payment. No warranty on parts not supplied by us. Limitation of Liability Not liable for pre-existing faults, uncontrollable damage, or indirect losses. Liability limited to the service fee paid. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms anytime; the latest version will be posted. Acceptance Booking or quote acceptance confirms you understand and agree to these Terms
