Please note that the time displayed in your booking confirmation and calendar invitation represents the start of your appointment window, not the engineer's exact arrival time.

Our engineers attend appointments within the following service windows:

• 08:00 am Appointment: 08:00 – 12:00

• 1:00 pm Appointment: 13:00 – 17:00

​

Your engineer may arrive at any time during your selected appointment window. We kindly ask that someone is available at the property for the duration of the booked time slot.
